Ok just a suggestion....if I get permission to go up would any of you like to take a ride up to the haunted insane aslyum? I know the owner of the property and if we limit the amount of vehicles we might be able to ride up. It is just basically an overgrown dirt road from what I am told but might be fun, great pictures and we might see some ghosts! LOL I might go up so let me know if anyone else is interested and I will talk to my friend.

i would love to at another time just cant go sunday
a night run would make it even better

I am sure it wont be a problem. She didnt even know it existed up there or that people go up all the time until I told her about it and people use to go up there since I was in high school. LOL I just want to get permission since it is private property I know she said I could go up anytime but if we take more then just one vehicle I want to make sure they are cool with that. A night run would be cool! People say it is haunted....they go up on halloween night and to weird stuff...might be really fun!

Just heard from her. I guess a bunch of kids went up and did some stuff and now the bolton police are watching and arresting people. She said give it a little while to calm down and then she will clear it with them and then we can go up so sunday is out. I will let you know when we can. Sorry guys!

The insane asylum is really cool...there are alot of creepy storys about that place Shocked .I used to go there alot. To bad it got shut down after someone drove there ranger pickup back there and it caught on fire,got closed right after. Mad

oppsss didnt realize I should have started new thread...Im learning! LOL Very Happy
Anyway, I guess it just recently got shut down and its not really the families doing..they didnt know what was going on but now they are closing it down. They will let me know...just going to keep things quiet for a bit. I can go up with the owner but want to see if I can open it for a few of us. I will let you know!

No prob M, I know you're a newbie Razz Also edited out some of the location info as this is a public forum Wink

Might want to mention to them that we could help keep an eye on the property for them. We could also possibly help clean up and maintain it in return for permission to wheel responsibly there.
